At Puretrex Global, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and the return address.

📦 Please note:
Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

If the product is not faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos for quality control and replacement processing.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item. Once it’s approved, you can place a new order for the product you prefer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
