Shipping policy

We ship PURETREX orders from our USA warehouse. We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly so you receive your supplements as fast as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with USPS.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit:

  • We will open a claim with the carrier.

  • We will reship a replacement order at no cost to you.

Important:

  • If the carrier tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or missing parcels after delivery confirmation.

  • If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first.

Incorrect Address, Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery outcome.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If the carrier redirects the parcel to a different address due to an incorrect or incomplete address, this is outside our responsibility.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and local tax rules. This is handled through our checkout system.
